Web Developer (Laravel 70% / WordPress 30%)

Tech Stack
• Experience: Ideally 3-5 years – solid mid plus level skills required
• PHP 8
• Laravel (REST API, Blade, Eloquent, queues, caching, optimization; Filament is a plus)
• TALL Stack: Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS (React/Vue.js also welcome)
• MySQL/MariaDB + EAV
• WordPress (HTML/CSS, Sass, jQuery, REST API)
• Experience with high-load applications
• Git, Composer, npm

Soft Skills
• Independent and reliable
• Logical, structured thinking
• Team player, clear communicator

Mindset
• Curious and motivated to solve complex problems
• Writes clean, maintainable code
• Diagnoses bugs methodically

Language
• English: required
• Russian: a plus (daily standups in Russian; but switching to English is fine for us)
