Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating user-cantered designs that enhance the overall user experience. Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, and other design tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• User Research and Analysis:
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to iterate on designs
• Design Development:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences
• Design Solution Implementation:
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines
• Ensure design feasibility and implementation with developers
• Design Quality and Consistency:
• Identify and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness and usability challenges
• Maintain consistency with style standards for fonts, colors, and images

Requirements:
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design software
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects

Preferred Qualifications:
• Front-end Development: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile development environments
