Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software. You will work closely with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities:
Interface Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that align with brand guidelines and user needs.

2. Collaboration:
Work closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished, interactive designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support during the development process.

3. Design Systems:
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all digital products. Advocate for best practices in UI design and accessibility.

4. User-Centered Design:
Ensure that all designs are user-centered, responsive, and accessible across various devices and platforms. Incorporate feedback from usability testing and stakeholder reviews to refine designs.

5. Visual Design:
Create icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that enhance the user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our work fresh and innovative.

6. Communication:
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the design process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an agency or startup environment. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions. Certification in UI design or related fields.
