Role Overview:
We’re looking for skilled Full-Stack JavaScript/TypeScript developers to join our team and help build cutting-edge AI solutions. You’ll collaborate with US-based companies on innovative commercial and research projects at the forefront of AI.
Job Responsibilities:
• Write clean, efficient code to train and optimize AI models
• Run evaluations (Evals) to measure and improve model performance
• Assess and rank AI responses to user queries
• Document reasoning and technical insights for evaluations
• Lead Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) with quality datasets
• Partner with researchers/annotators on RLHF and reward models
• Design strategies to improve alignment with user needs & ethics
• Craft and refine responses to boost model accuracy and clarity
• Review peers’ code and documentation with constructive feedback
• Work with cross-functional teams on model and product improvements
• Explore and adopt new tools, methods, and processes
Required Skills:
• Strong coding skills with JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+, Node.js, React, Nest, Angular, or Vue)
• Write clean, reusable, secure, and well-documented code
• Experience with modular development and scalable architectures
• Proficiency in code reviews and best practices
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
• Nice to have: QA/Test planning, Docker, strong English communication

Commitment: Min 20 hrs/week (options: 20, 30, or 40 hrs/week); 4 hrs/day overlap with PST
