Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer/Analyst to design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and reporting, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful dashboards and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Report Development
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and measures for business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.

Data Integration & Transformation
• Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, Cloud sources, etc.).
• Collaborate with IT/Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and governance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, workspaces, and security roles.

Business Collaboration & Support
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI usage and self-service analytics.
