Power BI Developer (5+years of Experience)

Job Description

• Maintain and enhance IT systems, drawing on 5+years of overall development, implementation, and maintenance experience.
• Deliver data warehousing, BI, and analytics solutions with a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on expertise.
• Lead implementation efforts across 3-4 full project cycles, contributing from design through deployment.
• Apply 1-2 years of project management experience to oversee deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
• Elicit and document business requirements from end users, backed by 3-4 years of experience in requirement gathering.
• Build and sustain dashboards, reports, and data models using Databricks, OAS, and Tableau, leveraging solid BI domain experience.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter, informed by robust technical background.
• Write advanced scripts in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, UNIX, or Python to automate, query, and transform data.
• Leverage healthcare domain knowledge, including patient administration and services workflows, to create relevant BI solutions.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, collaborative teamwork, and continual refinement of BI practices with tools like AWS, IDMC, Databricks, OAS, and Tableau.
