Junior Visual Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

Location: Panaji, Goa (Onsite)

Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Visual Designer to join our design team. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, contributing to digital and print projects while honing your craft in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment. This role is ideal for early-career designers who are passionate about brand storytelling and want to grow their skills.

What You’ll Do
• Create visual assets for digital platforms (social media, web, emailers) and print (brochures, presentations, marketing collateral).
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare design files for production and export in the required formats.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and participate in regular design critiques.
• Adapt existing creative for different formats and channels.

Must-Have Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A strong eye for layout, typography, and color.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while adding creative value.
• Basic understanding of preparing designs for both print and digital outputs.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work (digital + print). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Good to Have
• Experience with Figma or other UI/UX tools.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
