Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and reports that support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Connect, import, and transform large datasets from various sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.).
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security within Power BI reports.
• Automate data refreshes and manage Power BI Service workspaces, apps, and permissions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI/Data Visualization role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Power BI Service).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts.
• Knowledge of Excel and other BI/analytics tools is mandatory
