Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, Express, Redis, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable backend systems, designing APIs, and ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Work with Node.js and Express to implement server-side logic and integrations.
• Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL for high performance.
• Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data handling.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, optimization).
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and message queues.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
